Working with you really calmed my fears and made understand what I was going to be going through and that this pain is bringing me my baby. You also showed me the real benefits of natural childbirth.

With g-ds help, I was able to stay pretty relaxed and focused through my labor, and I didn’t feel as much pain as I was expecting. We arrived at the hospital and I was already 10 cm dilated and it was time to push. In between pushes, I was calm and relaxed. I really felt the endorphins you were telling me about. Thank g-d we had a beautiful baby girl. She came out calm and not even crying!  We named her Bracha, which means blessing in Hebrew, reflecting the blessing way which she was brought into this world.
